The tea is measured 2 parts Oolong 1 part Green minty tea. Brew with fresh spring water at 85 Degrees (white tea)
Simmer Rhubarb, berry and 1 teaspoon Yata Watte until syrupy then strain then add lemon juice to taste.
Pre pare the sugar sesame wafer by bringing sugar to soft ball and adding the black and white sesame seeds pour over a baking sheet and allow to cool cut or break the desired size to fit over your glass
In a glass pour the prepared Rhubarb, Berry, honey and Yatta Watte syrup then top the glass with the sesame wafer pour the prepared hot tea through the wafer
