Onion marmalade

Red Onion 150g
Sugar 20ml
Unsalted Butter 30g
Balsamic 10ml
Dry Red Wine 75ml
Cardamom 1g

Cooking Instructions:
Marinate Water melon into all pieces for 30 Minute/ Mixed chicken mince and the entire ingredients steamed roasted then stuff into Water melon top with Onion marmalade
