Mangifera Dilmah Tea

Ingredients:

Ceylon honey ginger mint tea 80ml
Ripe mango slice 6pcs
Mango Juice 30 ml
Mint 8pcs
Tea syrup 30ml

Cube of Mango in stick Garnish
Cristal Glass Glass

Brewing Yata Watte
Portion: 1 Lt

Ginger honey mint tea – 3 tsp
Meda Watte – 1Tsp Hot water – 1Lt Brewed for 5 minutes
Method:
Pour all ingredients into Boston shaker / Prepare cubes of Mango marinated with tea syrup and set aside / Prepare the glass with set aside/ shake the Boston shaker with ingredients till the mango hard shake till mango flavour is in the tea / pour al l to your prepare glass with ice
