Method

Make the Dilmah jasmine green tea to powder
Bring the milk to boiled sugar egg yolk flour mix to gather add the boiling milk to the egg mix cooked it well, add Dilmah jasmine green tea powder, and stop cooking to keep the flavor of the tea
Place in the small mould and keep in the freezer

Method

Dilmah jasmine green tea make the fin powder add with bread crumb
Take the frozen  jasmine green tea custard apply the cake flour and deep in the egg wash then courted with Dilmah jasmine green tea bread crumb and deep fried in the clarified butter.

Boiled the raspberry puree sugar glucose water and add stabilizer mix put in the freezer one day mix in pacojet machine
4pcs    – Fresh Rambutan
Cut in to the small pies
*removed Rambutan seeds and cut in to the small dice

Peach cream

2 pcs – peach
200 ml water
8 gm –sugar
Pinch of pectin

Take the peach fruit cooked with water
After cooked add pectin and sugar bit simmer cool down and use
