3 oz chilled Uda Watte Tea (Watte Series)
1.5 oz green apple puree
0.5 oz giner honey
1pc lemon wedge
Muddle the lemon wedge, ginger honey and greenapple puree well, add the tea and shake with ice, strain into a glass.
