Silver Jubilee Elderflower & Apple infusion tea, lemon, fresh apple mocktail

RECIPE

1/2 Apple, muddled
60ml Silver Jubilee tea range elderflower & Apple infusion tea
15ml lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup

SILVER JUBILEE TEA RANGE ELDERFLOWER & APPLE INFUSION TEA JELLY

5gm Gelatine, soften
375ml Fresh boiling Water
40gm Silver Jubilee tea range elderflower & Apple infusion tea

With the water and Silver Jubilee tea range elderflower & Apple infusion tea, brew the tea for 5 minutes. When the 5 minutes
has finished strain and stir in the gelatine slowly. Place into a container and refrigerate until needed.

SILVER JUBILEE TEA RANGE ELDERFLOWER & APPLE INFUSION TEA ICE

20gm Fresh Apple, diced
100ml brewed Silver Jubilee tea range elderflower & Apple infusion tea

in the ½ sphere moulds, place a few diced apple pieces and then fill to the top with the brewed Silver Jubilee elderflower &
Apple infusion tea. Place in to the freezer until needed.

ASSEMBLY

In a cocktail shaker place the muddle apple, lemon juice and sugar syrup in together. Add Apple & elderflower tea and shake.

Place Silver Jubilee tea range elderflower & Apple infusion tea ice cubes into the bottom of the glass and double strains over the cubes. Garnish with apple slices and scrambled jelly.
