The Impressionist Stain

Vivid Range Springtime Oolong & Ginger tea, Hendricks Gin, Pink Grapefruit

RECIPE

60ml Hendricks Gin
30ml vivid Springtime Oolong & Ginger syrup
15ml lemon Juice
30ml Pink Grapefruit juice
Dash of eggwhites

VIVID SPRINGTIME OOLONG AND GINGER SYRUP

100ml brewed Springtime Oolong
& Ginger tea
100gm Caster Sugar

RED VIVID SPRINGTIME OOLONG & GINGER COLOUR

50ml brewed Springtime Oolong & Ginger tea
5gm Red colour powder

Mix together the brewed Springtime Oolong and Ginger tea and red colour powder. Strain and reserve until needed.

SERVING
in a cocktail shaker place the Hendricks Gin, lemon juice, pink grapefruit juice, whites and Springtime Oolong & Ginger syrup. Dry shake first for 30 second and then add ice and shake again. Pour into the glass and garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slice and Red Springtime Oolong & Ginger tea colouring.
