10ml Homemade spice syrup


Homemade Spice syrup-
100ml Water
100gm Caster sugar
4 Cloves
5 Cinnamon sticks
3 Cardoman pods
3 Star anise
5 Peppercorns
1 Dried chilli

in a small saucepot bring the water and sugar to the boil, when it has reached boiling point add in the spice and allow to infuse overnight.

Pour the hot Watte Single Region
Yatta Watte brewed tea and
spice syrup into the glass and stir. Garnish with half orange slice, cinnamon stick and star aniseed.
