Glassware          Cocktail glass
Garnish              Golden powder

Tanqueray no.10 30ml
Cointreau 20ml
Lemon juice Apple & Elderflower 10ml
Infusion tea 80ml
Passion fruit 1nos
Cucumber 2slices
Egg whites 1pc
Sugar 50g

1.Boil the passion fruit with sugar to form a syrup
2.Muddle the cucumber first and then add all ingredients in shaker. Shake well
3.Add in the Apple & Elderflower tea with tea-infused ice cubes and shake once again
4.Spray the Elderflower & Tanqueray infusion onto the glass surface and immediately dust the gold powder
5.Serve the drink into the glass
