Glassware       Red Wine Glass
Garnish           Spices/herbs and honey

Cinnamon 10g
Cardamom 5g
Brewed Uda Watte 120ml
Fresh Honey 10ml
Orange Juice 10ml
Basil Leaves 7-10 sprigs
Peppercorns 8-10 pcs
Fennel 15g

1.Boil the basil leaves, peppercorns, cinnamon and cardamom with honey to form a thick syrup and strain the spiced honey after.
2.Pour 30 ml of spiced honey syrup into the glass
3.Brew the uda watte with fresh basils and fennels in a pot and pour it into a bodum tea pot.
4.Smoke the bodum tea pot’s fi lter and place it back into the pot
5.Pour the tea into the wine glass and serve
