Sustainability is key for our Dutch participants and this is how they are preparing for the Toughest Tea Challenge in the world. Vilmos Dohnal and Wesley Schipper from Restaurant Vermeer are sourcing herbs and vegetables for their high tea presentation and bee’s honey for their tea mocktails from their own rooftop and we heard that they’ve been very busy in their secret food lab.
