Recipe by Cristian Gomez and Catalina Venegas from Café Turri, National winners Dilmah Real High Tea Challenge 2013

Ingredients

3g Dilmah English Breakfast
3g Spring infusion*
3ml Palm honey
½ unit Coconut from a Palm tree
220ml Mineral water

Spring Infusion
Orange zest, lemon zest, mandarin zest, shredded carrots, cinnamon sticks, 2 cloves, 1 anis star , peeling of a red and green apple.

Method
Infuse for 4 minutes
