60ml Dilmah Rose with French Vanilla
15ml Grand Manier
20ml Rose syrup
1/2tsp Bitter Orange marmalade
30ml White egg yolk
15ml Fresh lemon juice
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass.
For fist shake, dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds for a smooth taste and emulsion liquid.
Put ice into shaker and hard shake for 10 seconds.
Pour into glasses for presentation, garnish with rose flower and vanilla powder.
