150ml Hot Moroccan Mint Green Tea
15ml sweetened double cream espuma
01 cocktail spoon castor sugar
Coco powder for frosting
Brew the tea for 5 minutes.
Add the sugar into the glass and pour the brewed tea.
Add a layer of double crème espuma and garnish with a mint spring and coco powder.
