60ml First Ceylon Souchong tea
5 Fresh Strawberries,
2 bar spoons of brown sugar
Muddle the Strawberries and brown sugar.
Top the glass with crushed ice, pour the First Ceylon Souchong tea.
Garnish with slightly burnt strawberries.
