Meda Watte

Makes 1 hot tea

1tsp Dilmah Meda Watte Tea (and one extra for the pot)
200 ml  freshly boiled water

Method:
Boil the spring  water at 100 degrees C.
Place the tea in the tea pot and pour the boiling water on  the tea.
Stir well and brew  for 3-5 minutes. Stir again, strain and serve hot.

 Pairing Notes: 

Pairing with Orange Chocolate Cake: Pair a 3 minute brew of Meda Watte tea with a a square of Orange Chocolate Cake. The strong, rich and full-bodied tea works well with the chocolaty richness of the cake. (Pairing suggestion by Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek)
