Makes 1 hot tea
1tsp Dilmah Meda Watte Tea (and one extra for the pot)
200 ml freshly boiled water
Boil the spring water at 100 degrees C.
Place the tea in the tea pot and pour the boiling water on the tea.
Stir well and brew for 3-5 minutes. Stir again, strain and serve hot.
