Recipe by Leung Kwok Kin & Jaume Ng of Kowloon Shangri-La – Gold Winner Dilmah Real High Tea Challenge 2014 Hong Kong
25 ml vodka
80 ml Dilmah Sencha Green Tea
5 ml lemon juice
10 ml simple syrup
Brew the tea, strain and leave it to cool. Add all ingredients into a shaker glass, over ice cubes.
Shake well and strain into a chilled Martini glass, garnish with a piece of cherry blossom and serve
