Makes 1 Hot Tea Comforter
Dilmah Single Region Selection English Breakfast
Freshly boiled spring water
Unpasteurized heavy cream
A-grade maple syrup
Brew the tea using 1 tea bag per 200ml/ per person brewed at 95 degrees C for 3 & ½ minutes.
Pour the tea into a heated cup at the end of the specified brewing time.
Softly whip heavy cream (unpasteurized) with ‘A’ grade maple syrup and float this on the tea.
Sprinkle a fine grating of nutmeg before serving.
