Peach and Rosehip Iced Tea

Recipe by Jason Chan Yee Chiu and Ho Wing Hong, Hong Kong Cricket Club – National Winner Dilmah RHT Challenge Hong Kong 2014

Make 1

20ml Dilmah Natural Rosehip with Hibiscus, strong brew frozen into ice cubes
120ml Dilmah Peach
1 tsp honey
15ml strawberry puree

Glass: Brandy Glass

Prepare the Rosehip with hibiscus tea, sit and leave to brew for 2 minutes
Put Natural Rosehip Ice Cubes into the Glass
Make the peach tea and allow to cool for 1 min
Pour peach the peach tea onto the Rosehip tea and serve
