Geoff Laws & Shaun Thompson of Qantas Lounges had a crystal clear vision for their Real High Tea. In their own words, “Yes, this ceremony is still pleasant and popular; however it is time to take the predictability out of High Tea, and rebirth it into the 21st Century.”

Their Real High Tea was design around very specific ideas that focused on the customer, putting the tea back into High Tea, bringing the traditions of High tea into the 21st Century and paying it forward maintaining a sustainable relationship with their producers.
