4 cardamom pods
4 cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp Malibu rum
4 slices of lemon peel
1 litre of water
4 tea bags of Dilmah Original Earl Grey
- Boil 1l water and brew 4 bags of Dilmah Original Earl Grey tea. Brew for 4 – 5 minutes maximum. Remove the bags.
- In each Dilmah double walled glass put 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp of Malibu rum, a slice of lemon peel studded with one or 2 cloves, a cinnamon stick and a bruised cardamom pod.
If desired add a teaspoonful of honey and milk. Have 4 long handle spoons ready for stirring if so.
Serving Suggestion: Serve this with some Exotique Thé Croissants.
