Inspired by a winning recipe from Ceinwen Scutter, Lorraine Elliott from Not Quite Nigella fame tackles the often feared Macaron – but in the recipe, using Dilmah’s Rose and French Vanilla tea. Ceinwen’s dish was a huge hit with the Real High Tea judges including celebrity chef, Peter Kuruvita who called it a “perfect macaron”. Lorraine runs us through the recipe step by step and shows us just how easy and effective it is to cook with tea!
